The School of Graduate Studies offers now the Master of Arts in Youth Ministry and the Graduate Certificate in Youth Ministry programs.

The School of Graduate Studies offers now the Master of Arts in Youth Ministry and the Graduate Certificate in Youth Ministry programs.

The M. A. in Youth Ministry degree requires the completion of 44 credits. The course selection includes courses in Bible, theology, youth specific, spirituality, leadership, and organizational subjects. Students will learn skills and acquire knowledge that serve to develop their research, communication, theological understanding, management, and ministerial capabilities that are essential in today’s youth ministry. The program leader is Dr. Andrew Evans who has extensive experience in youth ministry and youth ministry education. 

The Graduate Certificate in Youth Ministry program consists of 15 credits (5 courses), including specific courses in Youth Ministry. 

The first Graduate Certificate in Youth Ministry East African cohort graduated in February 2023. The graduation ceremony, part of a youth conference and outreach event, was held at Pan African University in Nairobi.

The first cohort of students will begin in Fall 2023.
